Back-to-school Photo Ops with President Loh

 
  President Loh welcomes students to a new school year.
College Park, Md. -- More than 37,000 undergraduate and graduate students will head back to the classroom on Wednesday, August 29. President Wallace Loh, who became the university's 33rd president in November 2010, will help welcome new and returning students by participating in several back-to-school rituals.

New Student Welcome - Dr. Loh will deliver welcome remarks to all new students
Tuesday, August 28
11 a.m. to noon
Cole Student Activities Building

First Day of Classes - Dr. Loh will greet new students and provide directions at one of several Locator Booths around campus.
Wednesday, August 29
11:05 to 11:45 a.m.
Adele H. Stamp Student Union (outside)

Book Sales at University Book Center - Dr. Loh will help bag books and mingle with students at the campus bookstore.
Wednesday, August 29
Noon to 12:55 p.m.
