Learn about Podcasting

Podcasting is breaking out all over the University of Maryland. What are podcasts? At their simpelest, they're audio or video files that offer a wide variety of information - everything from lectures to someone's musings about anything and everything. Many folks subscibe to podcasts and listen to them on their mp3 players, on iTunes or other player on their computer. The University of Maryland will soon be part of Apple's iTunes U (part of iTunes)- which will be a central source of podcasts from many University of Maryland colleges and departments.

This page is designed to provide a way to see the many podcasts (audio and video) that are available throughout the University of Maryland webpages.
